Butterscotch Apple Dip

1 bag Butterscotch chips
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 tsp. vinegar

Melt chips on low heat. When melted, slowly add sweetened milk and mix until smooth. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Serve with sliced apples.
