Sausage and Cabbbage

This is super easy to make. It only takes 25 mins from start to table
Start with a keilabasa sausage. I used 2 when our 3 children were home. Now I use 1.
Cut as shown in pic and place in a skillet on med. heat. Let is start sizzling. Shake the pan to keep it from sticking.
Cut up cabbage like this

and place on top of sausage. Sprinkle with Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper and let simmer until the cabbage is  cooked. I like mine on the soft, but still crunchy at the spine stage.
Serve it up!
